Withdrawal and refund policy

1. Ordinary withdrawal

Where Korean law applies, a consumer may generally withdraw within 7 days from receipt of the contract notice or the start of supply, whichever is later.

Where the user separately requests immediate performance and digital service use begins, withdrawal may be restricted to the extent permitted by law. Checkout obtains this consent separately.

2. Non-conforming service

If performance differs from the representation or contract, withdrawal may be requested within 3 months of supply or 30 days after the consumer knew or could have known of the issue.

3. Nunchi refund cases

Verified technical duplicates, provider errors, moderation rejection, and legal or authority requirements are refunded in full or in the affected part. Being outbid alone is not a service defect.

4. Credit and cancellation

A provider-verified failure or cancellation may release reserved credit. After confirmation, used credit and unused face value are not cash refundable. A technical duplicate or operational error may restore credit under the campaign terms.

4. Method and timing

Submit the order ID, payment time, and reason to support. Once approved, Nunchi requests cancellation through Toss Payments to the original method, normally within 3 business days. Issuer posting time may vary.

5. Objections

You may request reconsideration with supporting material. This policy does not exclude statutory withdrawal, damages, or consumer dispute-resolution rights.
