Terms of service

1. Service and paid ranking

Nunchi ranks links by total confirmed payment and labels every placement as paid. It is not search, recommendation, or editorial selection.

A competing payment may confirm during checkout, so payment does not guarantee a position, impressions, visits, or sales.

2. Submission and payment

Users must submit a publicly accessible HTTPS destination and an accurate category. The same canonical destination may increase an existing listing rather than create a duplicate.

Before payment, the category, ranking scope, target position, exact amount, and applicable legal versions are shown. A redirect alone never changes rank.

3. Bid credit

Bid credit is non-cash, non-transferable promotional value. One grant may be used per payment and may cover no more than 50% of the ranking contribution.

Checkout and public share cards separate ranking contribution, real cash paid, and promotional credit. Unused face value expires after confirmation.

• Credit cannot be applied to a 1,000 won contribution

3. User rights and duties

You must have lawful authority to use the submitted link, name, profile, image, and description and must not infringe intellectual property, likeness, or privacy rights.

• Illegal goods, fraud, exploitation, incitement to gambling, or regulated products
• Malware, phishing, impersonation, or automated click manipulation
• False information or impersonation of another service or person

4. Review, restriction, and removal

Nunchi may review, suspend, or remove listings that violate law, these terms, or operational rules. A creating payment rejected by moderation is handled under the refund policy.

5. Changes and interruption

Security work, maintenance, incidents, a payment provider, or a network failure may temporarily interrupt parts of the service. Material changes will be announced with reasonable notice.

6. Third-party links and liability

Ranked links lead to third-party services. Nunchi does not warrant their content, transactions, or availability. This does not exclude liability for intent or gross negligence, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

7. Disputes and governing law

Questions and complaints may be sent to operator support. Korean law applies, subject to mandatory consumer jurisdiction and dispute-resolution rules.
